Disk feeder is a cubage measuring feeding equipment; it supplies materials to the next procedure evenly and continuously; at the same time, it can bear relatively higher pressure. It is widely used in gold concentrator, coal mine, chemical plant, construction and foundry for quantitative and even feeding.
Application
This feeder is positive displacement feediing equipment. It can feed the material to next process evenly and continuously. It is suitable for the non-viscosity material, and the flow type powder material. It is for the material such as ore, coal powder, cement, clinker, limestone, clay powder etc.
Features
1. Least chance of materials being destroyed in the process of feeding.
2. Continuous feeding of materials that are not uniform in size and shape.
3. Less drive power.
4. Air-tight construction is feasible.
5. Applicable to large size silo at large feed rate.
