                GZT vibrating feeder is designed by our company absorbing advanced technology home and abroad, and adopts vibrating motor to produce vibration force. It can send large material into the crushers evenly. At the same time, by using the bar screen deck, materials such as soil which can be crushed easily will be removed and the carase crushing capacity is improved.
GZT vibrating feeder use a pair of motor with complete same parameter as vibrating source. It can continuously and uniformly feed lump, granulate material to receiving equipment. and screen material during feeding process. Application of GZT Vibrating Feeder:
It is widely used for feeding big size material for crushing in mine, cement, lime, ore dressing industries.
1. Vibrating source is motor, small noise, strong vibrating force. Low energy consumption.
2. Stable vibrating force and easy adjustment, can change and control material feeding any time.
3. Gap between stick on outlet are adjustable. It can separate soil and sand during feeding process, the pre-screen capability can improve the coarse crushing capacity.
