                The medical waste incineration shelter aims to address the needs of harmless disposal of domestic waste, medical waste and animal carcasses at disaster sites in plateau alpine regions, carry out scientific research, develop fast and mobile waste disposal equipment, prevent the spread of epidemics, and provide support for disaster site emergency support.
The equipment is led by Nanjing CSSC Oasis Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., jointly developed by the Nanjing Institute of Environmental Science of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and Shanghai Jiaotong University. It consists of waste crushing pretreatment equipment, medical waste incineration shelters, flue gas purification equipment and supporting electronic control systems.
Application situation:
In December 2019, the equipment was demonstrated and verified in Golmud City, Qinghai Province, and national emergency rescue units such as the Chinese National Rescue Team were invited to conduct comprehensive tests and application demonstrations on the performance of the equipment, and the relevant performance indicators met the design requirements.
At the beginning of 2020, the equipment went to Wuhan to participate in the on-site medical waste disposal of the new crown epidemic. Due to its strong mobility, high efficiency and good disposal effect, it played an important role in fighting the spread of the new crown epidemic. It has received unanimous praise from many ministries and commissions, and has been concerned and reported by many domestic mainstream media such as Science and Technology Daily.
1. The equipment uses diesel as the auxiliary fuel, and uses high-temperature peroxygen incineration as the core disposal process. The design processing capacity is 200kg/h, and the flue gas emission meets the relevant requirements of GB18484.
2.
