After more than a month and 4 rounds of intense technical and commercial bid evaluation and bid negotiation process, Â鶹ֱ²¥., Ltd finally won the bid in March.¡­

In this project, the rotary kiln is used to incinerate the waste residue. Since the waste residue generates dioxins during incineration, it is necessary to set up a secondary combustion chamber at the kiln end of the rotary kiln to eliminate dioxins in the flue gas.¡­

Oily sludge is the main pollutant in the petroleum and petrochemical industry, and is a hazardous waste stipulated by the state, which must be properly disposed of in accordance with regulations. In January 2018, one environmental protection technology company in Xinjiang ordered solid (hazardous) waste rotary kiln for incineration of oily sludge to achieve harmless disposal of oily sludge.¡­

In July 2019, Shanghai Boshigao Environmental Protection Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. ordered §¶2.6x10m solid (hazardous) waste rotary kiln and supporting ¦Õ3.1x15.0m second combustion chamber from Henan Zheng Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., for Zhenjiang Chimei Chemical's comprehensive hazard Waste incineration, combined with desulfurization and destocking flue gas treatment systems, realizes comprehensive harmless disposal of hazardous waste.¡­

The oil sludge in the silo is transported from the feeding system to the shaftless screw conveyor, and enters the rotary kiln through the shaftless screw conveyor.¡­

The project signed a supply contract in May 2017, and the installation and commissioning was completed in January 2018. The design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of the rotary kiln and secondary combustion chamber equipment were all completed by Â鶹ֱ²¥., Ltd.¡­
