Project Introduction: Trommel (Drum) screen design by us is suitable for screening and classifying sand gravel, clay, mountain meal, sand, lump coal, coal dust, coal washing, lump, powder substance, etc. The customer from Bolivia need to screen sand. After we got the specific design, we customized a best solution for the Bolivia customer. They are satisfied with our design and considerate service during the communication. Finally we signed the contract in July, 2017¡­

On May 2, 2017, two of 40¡¯OT container were coming to ZK factory for delivery of the crushing machine, screening machine, conveying machine and power separation machine.¡­

The dryer is customized for drying coarse sand. We fabricate according to the drawing confirmed with customer. The thickness of steel plate is 16mm. It adapts rock wool, galvanized plate and anchoring parts as heat preservation material. The transmission is gear drive. The dryer is without feeding and discharging device.¡­

?This project was built in South Korea, the customer has a full pressing plant for wet milled corn germ, the meal after crushed at the inlet of the cooler temp. 90~100¡æ, expect cooling to ambient temperature+5 ¡æor + 10¡æ, the process capacity is 3,000 kg/h and power supply is 220v/60hz.¡­

Cyclone collector is dry dust collecting equipment which separate the dust from air by the centrifugal force of high speed rotating dusty gas flow. It adapts the material of SS304 to use in sugar plant.¡­

The Columbian customer finally chooses to cooperate with us after study the drawing and quotation from Jiaozuo chain factory which is supplied by us. And then we signed the contract with Jiaozuo chain factory.¡­

The customer is trading company located in Beijing China, They looked for screw conveyor and bucket elevator used for a local ore dressing plant. Zk corp manufactured the equipment according to customer's drawing. The equipment delivered timely on October in the year 2011.
