ESAN Mg Smelting Project -The first Mg smelting project in Turkey. Located in Eskisehir, Turkey, this project is designed with the capacity to produce 15000 tons of Mg ingot per year. We supply plant facilities for dolomite calcinations, such as vertical pre-heater, rotary kiln, rotary cooler and so on. All the equipments and materials were shipped by liner ship and bulk vessel in August 2014. The project was successfully installed and commissioned in Sep 2015.¡­

The customer kicked off the project by the end of 2006. And visited many excellent Mg smelting plants and plant equipment manufacturers through out China under the cooperation with many experts from institutes and engineering companies.¡­

The equipment is safe, efficient and energy-saving, which greatly improves the utilization rate of resources and production efficiency. All indicators meet the industry standards and are successfully accepted.¡­

The vertical preheater rotary kiln system equipment and refractory materials were purchased from Â鶹ֱ²¥., Ltd, for Magnesium Alloy Circular Economy Industrial Park Phase I Magnesium Alloy Project. The energy-saving and environmental protection performance of Â鶹ֱ²¥ Corp¡¯s machinery and equipment meets the needs of its industrial structure transformation.¡­

Shaanxi Dongxinyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock company which is controlling hold by Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Fugu Energy Development Holdings Limited and equity participated by Fugu Coal Group. It is located in Fugu Miaogoumen Industrial Zone. The project has the scale of a 2.4 million TPA semi-coke, 40,000 TPA magnesium, 500,000 TPA coal tar hydrogenation and 2¡Á25MW generating units. The total investment is 4.3 billion Yuan. A 20,000 TPA of magnesium metal project as first stage is expected to put into operation in 2013.¡­
