The main purpose of this project is to change the structure of the roller granulator by 30%-35% water-containing sludge of the owner to improve the granulating efficiency and granulating effect.

This equipment mainly improves the sludge granulation section in the key technology research and equipment development experiment project of Jiangsu Dadi Yiyuan smoldering (STAR), and improves the sludge granulation equipment with high water content.

Project Solution

1. Adopting the combination structure of bachelor and one side of roller with holes solves the problem that the sludge contains too much water and the granulating and bonding problem.

2. High production efficiency, with a ball-forming rate of over 90%;

3. The discharge is uniform, and the size of the sludge particles squeezed by the roller granulator is uniform, which can meet the requirements of the lower-end process on the size and shape of the sludge;

4. The overall operation of the equipment is stable and the noise is low. At the same time, the sealing cover is adopted to receive materials. The work site is clean and tidy, and the operation is convenient.
